Cold finally gone although i still seem plagued with mechanicals or problems when training hope I am past the worse now

Oh no...... got a chest cold so training is postponed until i can breath again properly
So frustrating as I have been plagued by flat tyres and bad weather making it dificult to get the miles in!!

Got a Planet X pro Carbon not set up right for me bars are too wide and the stem too long needs a bike fit

Got new Specialized handlebars correct width now of 440mm but stem too long

New stem arrived from planet X went for a 50mm feels much better now
