Race 11 Great Barford CC

Fast pace road race they were all over the road including the wrong carriageway, at the begining of the race we were specifically told not to cross the white line. The flat sections were fine for me we road really fast, but I wasn't suffering, until we came to a hill which they rode so hard, I still managed to stay with it, then maxed out on gears going downhill, this was the first time the restrictions really made a difference, I was sprinting and it didnt ease up on the flat. I cracked with a heart rate of 220bpm after 1 lap.

The circuit was alright, the road surface was absolutely terrible and the peloton was huge.
