Race 15 Alconbury Junior Race

Windy on an Airfield runway but a Junior only race.

Trouble is when its such a small field of only 8 riders and some of them are team mates its more like a time trial.

The course was very cornering orientated and oddly shaped like a trumpet, I messed it all up and was dropped first as the group slowly splintered. I was making good progress on catching the rider in front, but the rider leading him waited up and they started working together, I spent the rest of the race alone.

I was eventually lapped by the first 2 riders.

Right at the end of the race one of the girl marshals walked out in front of me without looking, luckily i missed her and was able to finish my race with a good sprint to the line.
