Update

I have been on holiday, I managed to roughly stick to my training program and produced a few good strava segment effort as well, a pair of 4th overalls, one was ahead of ex-pro Dan Lloyd. It started and ended on Saturday, hence the Thursday race and I couldn't find a race for the Sunday back. My next race could be on Thursday, but I am not sure if is going to be on, however I am definately racing at Lee Valley on Saturday.
