Race 22 MKCA MK Bowl Handicap

Only three 4th cats turned up resulting in a handicap race. We worked in a 3 up TT for the first 20 minutes and i gave all of my energy to this effort, but we were caught by the E/1/2 group and I blew up trying to keep up, but we were still 1 lap ahead with one of the 4th cats hanging on to their group. Later we were caught by the 3rd cats and lost our positions. I spent the rest of race alone occasionally clinging onto the groups, I even managed the hold on to the elites for 1 lap. In the end the 3rd cat group lapped my 2-3 times and the E/1/2 group about 5 times. On the final lap the other 4th cat who wasn't still clinging on to the E/1/2 group caught up to me and we race for the last lap, he tried to leave me in the corners, but i caught back up and outsprinted him to the line.

The other 4th cat finished 3rd in the race so my efforts weren't for nothing.
