Off season 2015/2016 Week 2

MON: Rest

TUE: 29:15 Minutes 15 second intervals (15 seconds 40mph, 45 seconds 26mph) (Rollers)

WED: Rest

THU: 2 Miles Quick hill climb (PB)

FRI: Rest

SAT: 4 Miles quick ride

SUN: 29:55 mins 10 miles

I plan todo a light week next week, finishing up with a group ride with team mk and with Andrew Lindsay, the week after the proper training begins and after that I'll make little tweeks nd slowly increase the volume to make as big a base as possible for next year.

The 3 tests for Team MK junior next year will be:

-A 10 mile roller TT (My PB was 32.5 mph)

-A 10 mile hilly TT (My PB was 20.7mph, but was on my old flat circuit)

-A bin test (Which I've never done) I hope I can pass their criteria, this is my one worry for next year.
